The Uttar Pradesh (UP) - CLRA Registration pertains to the registration process under The Contracts Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 within the state of Uttar Pradesh. This Act is designed to regulate the employment of contract labor and provide certain benefits and working conditions for such laborers. The registration under CLRA is mandatory for establishments engaging a specified number of contract laborers.
Applicability Criteria: It applies to every establishment in which 50 or more workmen are employed or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months as contract labour. Such establishment is required to obtain principal employers registration. A period of 30 days fixed within which every principal employer shall make an application in the prescribed form to registering officer.

- List of contractors engaged with contract period and their contact details i.e. mobile number and email ID for issuance of FORM 5
